Finding balance in the workplace can be a challenge. Long hours, expending emotional energy on a constant basis, and trying to make time for your own wellness can seem like a constant, uphill battle.
After spending 15 years behind desks and interacting with the public 10+ hours a day, I had an opportunity to take my love for teaching yoga and make it my career. I use everything I’ve learned about the workplace to formulate yoga sequences that help a weary body feel energized and ready to tackle the day. Through breath, music, (and a little humor), we ease our minds together so that our workday can be more productive and fulfilling.
